Clearly not the same dress. The one the model is wearing has what looks like a vestigial turned back collar on it, while angelina's does not.

Plus, note that there's a split in the front of the model's dress, while there doesn't appear to be one on angelina's. You can tell there isn't one based on how the dresses gather at the waist above where the split is or is not, as well as the absence of multiple layers on the first one.
